2. Not a Clinical Service
Behavior Speaks is not a clinical service and does not provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, behavioral health treatment, or any form of licensed professional services. The AI guidance provided through this platform is educational in nature and is not a substitute for services provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), licensed psychologist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist, or any other licensed professional. If your child requires clinical intervention, please seek services from a qualified professional.
3. AI Limitations
The artificial intelligence used in this platform is designed to provide general educational guidance based on principles of applied behavior analysis. It does not know your child personally, cannot conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment, and cannot develop or implement a Behavior Intervention Plan. 4. No Emergency Services
Behavior Speaks is not an emergency service. If you or your child are in immediate danger, please call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. This platform is not equipped to handle emergency situations.

Behavior Speaks collects information you provide during account creation and use of the platform including child profiles, behavior logs, and chat conversations. This information is used solely to personalize your experience and improve the guidance provided. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. All data is stored securely.
